Identify funding needs: The Georgetown Infectious Disease Atlas (GIDA), designed by the Center for Global Health Science and Security at Georgetown University, can be reviewed alongside the GHS Index to make comparisons between countries’ and regions’ GHS Index scores and the amount of funding they receive from various donors. GIDA maps the flow of committed and disbursed funds for global health security in order to identify funding requirements, develop a compelling case for investment, prioritize future funding decisions, and promote a mutual accountability framework for GHS funding.
