Advocate for a veterinary services assessment: The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) Performance Veterinary Services (PVS) tool provides additional information on the condition of animal health systems. The PVS tool is an assessment guide designed to assist the veterinary services of countries around the world to establish their current level of performance and identify gaps and weaknesses in their ability to comply with international standards that have been established by OIE.
